Transition experts to guide you through every step

Whether you are a high school student interested in tips for planning your career or an educator who wants to learn about effective practices in transition, CTI's courses offer a comprehensive overview of the best practices in transition planning. With years of experience to draw from, our experts outline the components of effectively planning for life after high school through videos and activities that are easy to access.

CTI offers two types of courses: facilitated and self-paced. The facilitated courses follow a schedule and provide a facilitator to assist throughout the course. The self-paced courses do not follow a set schedule and allow you to review the accessible videos and resources at your own pace.

Each course offers a certificate of completion, recertification points, and CRCs for meeting course requirements. Use of certificate for recertification requires the approval of your division administrator.
