DBHDS maintains a referral list of housing choice vouchers for adults with developmental disabilities who would like to live on their own in rental housing with appropriate supports.
Individual and Family Support Program (IFSP)
IFSP assists individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and their families with accessing person-centered and family-centered resources, supports, and services.
Reach Crisis Services
The Reach program is the statewide crisis system of care that meets the crisis support needs of individuals who have a developmental disability and are at risk for homelessness, incarceration,hospitalization, and/or danger to self or others.
Waiver Services
Medicaid Waivers pay for a variety of supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families who need long-term support systems to live successfully in the community.
