Bio: Lucian is a former Marine journalist and a 2017 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Lucian received his bachelor of science in mass communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in general business. He joined the RRTC team in January 2018. In addition to providing technical support for webcasts and online courses, Lucian contributes to many project websites, takes photos, and produces videos for RRTC.
