In this webcast, the presenter will talk about career development of young adults with disabilities and the role that psychological well-being plays in the career development process. He will introduce the Illinois Work and Well-Being Model which can help us understand career development and employment. Next, he will talk about psychological well-being and how it relates to career development. Lastly, he will provide recommendations on strengthening psychological well-being.
