In this webcast, the presenter will talk about issues impacting career development and employment of individuals with disabilities. One model that is being used to conceptualize career issues is the Illinois Work and Well-Being Model which consist of three interrelated domains that impact the career process. Lastly, he will provide recommendations for future rehabilitation career and employment research.
