The World Health Organization reports globally there are more than 1 billion people with disabilities. Increasingly, chronic health conditions and disabilities are becoming more commonplace in the workplace. Thus, creating workplaces inclusive of people with disabilities is a business imperative. Inclusion results when good processes and practices are normalized into the workplace. Normalizing inclusion can involve a variety of tools, techniques, and technologies.

The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) has conducted tens of thousands of consultations with employers, service providers, and individuals with disabilities resulting in a large body of policies, processes, and practices that can be used to create workplace inclusion. In this webcast, JAN provides best and emerging accommodation policies and practices leading to workplace inclusion.
