The purpose of this RRTC research is to engage people with physical disabilities in the design, research, and on-going knowledge translation (KT) activities involved in developing and maintaining a RRTC and national resource center on employment.  A series of focus groups were conducted to include people with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Arthritis other physical disabilities, and transition-age youth with physical disabilities. This webcast will present the findings from this research on employment for individuals with SCI, the plans for future research, and the implications for providing information on employment to individuals with physical disabilities. The target audience includes not only people with SCI but those stakeholders interested in improving the employment outcomes of this underemployed and unemployed group of individuals.
