Individuals with Autism have worse employment outcomes when compared to other disability groups. Yet, the research on employment tells us that best practices in Education, in regards to transition, can lead to better employment outcomes. Educators should start taking transition into consideration as early as Elementary school. The following webcast highlights some of the research findings on early transition considerations and how educators across grade levels can start implementing these strategies into their classrooms.
